Financial records and operating documents

In an effort to be as transparent as possible and following “best practices” for nonprofits, Insight for the Blind is happy to provide our most recent IRS Form 990.  The IRS requires all 501 (c) (3) charities to make this document available to anyone who may request to review the document in our office at 1401 NE 4TH Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.  If you would like a copy of the 990 please save it to your computer and print your copy.  In addition, we are required to have accessible our original application to the IRS for status as a 501 (c) (3) public charity.  Once again, please save to your computer and print a copy. But Insight maintains a copy in our office for review.
